Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417)
The working holiday visa is similar to the subclass 462 visa but has certain key differences. Among the biggest differences is the fact that it allows Canadian, French, and Irish citizens to apply for the visa up until the age of 35. The age limit for those of other countries is up to 30 years old. This visa can also be applied for and acquired a total of three times.
Temporary Work Visas

Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (Subclass 482)

Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485)
The temporary graduate visa is for recently graduate students who possess the skills relevant to work in Australia and would also like to continue their studies while they work. Holders of this visa can work in Australia for up to 18 months while completing their studies. The visa also offers a post-study work stream through which visa holders can extend their stay for up to four years. The post-study work stream applies to recent graduates from an Australian institution.
Skilled – Recognized Graduate Visa (Subclass 476)
The skilled – recognized graduate visa is for students of the engineering discipline who’ve completed their degree within the past two years of applying. The visa lasts for up to a total of 18 months but applicants need to be under 31 years of age in order to apply.
Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 489)
This is another temporary visa for skilled workers who’d like to relocate and work in Australia. The length of this visa is up to a total of four years and holders of the visa are allowed to bring their family with them while they stay and work in Australia. Holders of this visa may also be allowed to apply for the skilled regional (permanent) visa (subclass 887).
Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 188)
This visa applies to individuals who possess an affinity for business and would like to operate their own business within Australia. The visa lasts for up to five years and requires applicants to be starting a new business or heading up an already existing business in Australia. The visa also consists of investor stream programs. These programs allow those who are investing at least 1.5 million or 5 million AUD to apply.
