The All-New Move Dashboard Experience
So, you might be wondering what is this new experience we have in-store? We shall not keep you in suspense any longer!
Below, you will find a walk-through of how your consumers will use our move dashboard:
1. Set origin country, destination country and move date. This sets the beginning of their move as these details on their origin, destination countries and move date will be flashed on the dashboard. Ultimately, consumers will have a clearer picture of their relocation process each time they log onto the platform.
2. Create tasks or cards for the move. These tasks are automatically categorised under one of the countries; origin or destination country.
3. Find services and get quotes for tasks. On “Find a Service” page, consumers will find an ecosystem of vendors offering various service verticals.
4. Make any important memos. These memos are just notes to themselves should users need a place to scribble important details related to their move.
How will the Move Dashboard feature indirectly benefit you?
Our new platform dashboard makes all things visible when consumers manage their tasks, with an added touch of personalisation to their dashboard.
At a glance, they will see the countdown to the day of the move, tasks in progress and completed tasks on your dashboard. Consumers can embark on a worry-free relocation as they constantly keep task management in check! We have included filters which will make it easier for them to sort, view and track the pace of services engaged.
Do you have customers giving you feedback that they have other notes related to their relocation, but not tracked on our platform? Easy. Users are now able to create unique memos for them to note and view these reminders on the dashboard.
It could be information on useful contact numbers or other important reminders. We included this feature to provide added value to your customers’ relocation journey. Customers will willingly come back for more when we go the extra mile to cater to their needs!
Need to get messages across to customers as quickly as possible even when they are on the go? Use Moovaz platform dashboard to prompt them with notifications to check your quotes and messages.
To integrate human touch into your customers’ relocation process, we have our Relo Buddies (Relocation Buddies) who will offer any technical and emotional support throughout the moving journey. This includes helping users to navigate the platform, making their experience a more meaningful one!

On the “Find a Service” page, make yourself known on our list of vendors and more widely seen by users. You will be sorted by filters ranking you according to costs or alphabetical sequence. To make sure you meet the customer’s requirements, your business description and corresponding cost indicators will be displayed together with your label (see picture below).
We designed this dashboard to empower customers with true information on relocation management companies, like you, to make informed decisions for their move. You will also be categorised under either the selected origin country or destination country (eg. Singapore, Toronto shown below) for better organisation and clarity.
We also built a folder for you to have a clear overview of relevant documents exchanged between you and customers, such as quotations and invoices (and more). Keep track of your documents anytime and sort them according to their uploaded names, uploaded dates, whichever you find yourself more comfortable with.
Ultimately, Move Dashboard is a new and improved experience for customers using the platform. This means we are now one step closer to increasing your likelihood of converting leads into customers!

Creating their own, simple, profile within minutes! Get to know your customer’s unique name, contact and email.
Did you know? Users can also choose between task view and timeline view for the tasks on your dashboard. With this feature, customers are bound to remember the more urgent tasks at hand and have you deliver timely to their needs.
We also made it possible for consumers to personalise the appearance of their dashboards! They will have a range of aesthetic wallpapers as mood backgrounds to select from.
