Singapore-based relocation start-up Moovaz announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire local on-demand van rental services startup GetVan. The acquisition will allow both sides to bolster their synergies by combining their operational services across the supply chain, integrate data capabilities cross-functionally, and leverage on each other’s distribution network across the region.
As part of the agreement, GetVan Founder and CEO James Neo will join Moovaz as Head of Supply Chain Operations.
