Shipping of Your Items

Yes, updates will be pushed to you at each milestone of the shipping process to keep you up to speed of the progress and to give you peace of mind.

Prior to your departure, your move manager will provide you with the contact details of your destination coordinator, along with your shipment details and the estimated date of arrival. Your destination coordinator will liaise with you on the required inbound clearance, to confirm the status of the goods, delivery date and to discuss any additional storage requirements.

Most countries would require you to be present for custom clearance, but regulations vary from country to country. Your assigned move manager will be able to advise you of the regulations specific to your destination country.
