Working With Your Movers

Your movers will be counting and recording every piece of furniture and boxes, verifying them with you against the inventory list as they do so. You may also find this information in your move plan and inventory list.

In the event that you have additional/missing items from what was noted in your move plan, your movers will contact their supervisor to update the said list. Depending on the level of discrepancy, there may be a ‘move day adjustment’ that will be included and billed to you separately according to the additional items and services provided.

Rest assured that our move managers and movers will clearly communicate these with you should the circumstance arise, and all additionals, if required, will be duly documented and conveyed.

Our movers will clear all unwanted debris after unpacking all your belongings.

If you are satisfied with the service you are receiving, you may wish to tip the team at your sole discretion for their dedication and hard work. You may also consider providing some light refreshments for the crew.
