Singapore’s logistics start-up Moovaz acquires SPH’s publication The Finder

Singapore-based relocation start-up Moovaz has entered into an agreement to acquire Singapore Press Holdings’ expat publication, The Finder. The acquisition, will help add content and community building to its service. In consideration for the acquisition, SPH will become a shareholder of Moovaz and collaborate on regional outreach efforts via its media platforms.

Moovaz Acquires Local On-Demand Van Rental Services Startup GetVan

Singapore-based relocation start-up Moovaz announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire local on-demand van rental services startup GetVan. The acquisition will allow both sides to bolster their synergies by combining their operational services across the supply chain, integrate data capabilities cross-functionally, and leverage on each other’s distribution network across the region.
