Departure

Site Survey

If you know the amount of space you need. In boxed of volumetric weight, we can move straight to packing. If not we will do a survey of the items that you intend to move, to get an estimate on how much space will be needed to fit everything.

Inventory List

An itemized list of all your packed goods will be created and issued to you in order to ensure that all our items are accounted for during the moving process

Packing

All your small items will be packed into boxes and large items will be wrapped with (protective wrapper), the industry standard, to ensure that they will not suffer damages such as scratches and dents

Loading

Your items will be carefully loaded into our trucks or directly into the container for transport to our warehouse to be made ready for its voyage to Canada

Arrival

Freight Transport & Quarantine

Your items will be sent by sea to one of Canada’s many costal cities. There it will be held in storage under quarantine before it can be released.

Last Mile Transport & Unpacking

If you have not arrived yet, you can request your goods to be stored at our partner’s warehouse until your arrival, if not it will be shipped by truck to your new home

    After signing the quotation, an invoice will be sent to you. In general, there are several payment methods available, including via credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayNow (for Singapore) and telegraphic transfer. Please refer to your invoice for specific instructions.

    Payment has to be made after signing the quotation. Typically, payment has to be made ASAP, after receiving the invoice.
